04. Payment Security Online Payment & Encryption Standards

All online financial transactions conducted through our website are secured using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 256-bit encryption:

• We partner with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay) for processing credit/debit card, UPI, and net banking payments.
• Your confidential card credentials, CVV codes, and PINs are transmitted directly to the payment gateway and are never accessible to or stored on Hotel Meghdoot servers.
• We never solicit banking passwords, OTPs, or sensitive card details over phone or email. Please be vigilant against fraudulent payment calls.
